Description

This course is designed to provide students with basic knowledge in scientific writing. The course includes instructions on how to write scientific papers with focus on its different parts, namely the abstract, introduction, methods, results, and discussion. In addition, the course teaches how to write CVs and official letters. Finally, the course provides basic knowledge on writing grant applications. The course assignments are writing of scientific texts. The course is taught in english.

The course meets on Mondays at 10:00-11:30 in room 102 of the Faculty of Medicine.

• Each week, you will receive one assignment to be submitted by the beginning of next class.
• You must submit at least 8 out of the 10 assignments. If you submit more assignments, then only those 8 assignments with the highest grades will be counted in the final grade.
