Scientific writing course

Description
The course is designed to provide students with basic knowledge on scientific writing. The course includes instructions on how to write scientific papers with focus on its different parts, namely the abstract, introduction, methods, results, and discussion. In addition, the course teaches how to write CVs and official letters. Finally, the course provides basic knowledge about writing grant applications. Course homework includes writing of scientific texts. The course is taught in english..
The course meets on Mondays at 8:15-9:45 in room 102 of the Faculty of Medicine.

- At the end of each class, there will be a writing exercise to be submitted by the beginning of next class.
- You must submit at least 9 out of 11 exercises. The 9 exercises with the highest grades are worth 100 points of the final grade.
